Thanks to the acquired experience in software development trough the recent years, Eforcers started to give advising in the application development process which Certicámara carries internally.

Solution design based on open source projects:
In order to guive support to the administration and keep track of software development projects by Certicámara, Eforcers will install, configure and personalize the open source software PHPCollab.   This application is a colaboration environment through Internet focused on workstations involved on specific projects.
 
Customized Application Development:
In order to provide a better tracking to the comercial performance of Certicámara, a system will be developed which will allow teamwork and commercial actions by Certicámara.  This development will use Open Source working environments such as PHP and PostgreSQL.
