Beginning 2004, the Konrad Lorenz University Foundation [FUKL] stated us their need of selecting an Open Source tool which would allow it to perform its duties in the fields of virtual and traditional education. Keeping in mind this goal, Eforcers assists the FUKL in the search, analysis, selection, installation and support of an open source tool for those means.

Beginning with the need expressed by FUKL, Eforcers starts the evaluation of several Open Source Course Management Systems.   That process was divided into two parts:
- The first part was selecting 20 candidate applications for which technical and educational criteria were applied.
- At the second part of the process 3 candidates were selected using the highest scores obtained after the criteria application on the first part. With the three selected applications, then, we assemled and tested each one of them in a testing environment focused to determine which one of the applications was the right one. After this excersise we got the right candidate: Moodle.

After having approval of that selection Eforcers concentrated in the installation and configuration of the product, while simltaneously doind the creation and loading of the courses.  Aditionally,  time was spent for the customizing of the system giving it a proper identity according to FUKL's design standards. The system becomes fully functional by mid-2004, with a significative number of courses and achieving the goals set to support FUKL's job. Currently, Eforcers performs its own duties of technical and tool functioning support.
